The public site does not ask visitors for personal data. It has no forms, comments or newsletter.

The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them. This shares your IP address with Google.

Editors sign in with an account (email and password, or Google sign-in) to review events. This stores their account details.

The site's own code does not add any analytics or advertising trackers.

The public site does not set any cookies of its own for visitors.

When an editor signs in, the site uses browser storage to keep them signed in.

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which is run by Google.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. The site has not yet been audited.

If anything is hard to use, please let us know. Contact details will be added when submissions open.

Events found online are held for an editor to review before they are listed.

Factual claims are given with a source where possible.
